The large wooden waterwheel, a landmark of Obachan-ichi Yamaoka, is a bit difficult to shoot.
To capture the whole, we can only shoot from its back side, because it's too large.
The angle in this photo is from that back side.
For looking that the supporting building is equivalent to 4 stories, you can feel the size of this waterwheel.
The sight this large waterwheel is spinning just by the water is quite spectacular.

おばあちゃん市・山岡の小径から

おばあちゃん市・山岡のランドマークである大きな木造水車は、撮影するのが少し難しいです。
大きすぎて、裏側からでないと全体を写せないからです。
この写真のアングルが、その裏側からのものです。
水車を支える建物が４階建に相当することで、大きさを感じてもらえるでしょう。
このサイズの水車が、ちゃんと水の力で回っている光景は、なかなかの迫力です。
