Pocket tissue cases crocheted with surplus threads

When I organized my belongings during the self-restraint life, I remembered I had lots of odd amount surplus thread. Also, a lot of pocket tissues given by my mother...(they were mainly received at the window of a bank, I heard).

"I don't want to waste either, but it's too hard to use up on my own. What should I do..."

As a result of thinking, I decided that I make pocket tissue cases with surplus threads, put pocket tissues given by my mother in them, and return them to her.

My mother is self-employed in a physical store and puts pocket tissue cases I made in her store. Many of her customers are elderly women, some of who like handicraft and some of who like to see it even though they don't make by themselves, and gladly see my works, I hear. My works are given as free service items to such customers.

My crocheted pocket tissue cases are not made with a special method, the size of them is slighly different one by one, and they will get bulky in the bag and pocket, but actually their touch is just good because all threads were made of only natural materials.

余り糸でポケットティッシュケースを制作

　外出自粛生活中に片付けをしたら、量が半端な余り糸がたくさんあることに気づきました。それに、母からもらったポケットティッシュ（主に金融機関の窓口でもらったらしいもの）も、山のようにありました。
「どちらも無駄にはしたくないけれど、自分だけで消費するのは大変だよなぁ」
　悩んだ結果、余り糸でポケットティッシュケースを編み、母からもらったポケットティッシュを入れて母へ返すことにしました。

　母は自営で店舗運営をしているので、完成品を店頭に置いてくれています。お客様の多くは年配の女性で、手仕事がお好きな方もおられれば、自分では作らないけれど見るのは好きという方もおられて、喜んでご覧になられるそうです。そうした方々に、無料サービス品として渡してくれています。
　特別な編み方をしているわけではなく、サイズも１つずつ微妙に違ってしまいますし、カバンやポケットの中でかさばってしまうのですが、じつはどの糸も天然素材オンリーなので、肌触りだけはいいのです。
