Utility pole in a residential area

The utility poles in a general redidential aria have to support many wires at alone.
Because, there are many houses along the road, and peopel at each house need multiple wires.
All of wires are put on not to touch other wires.
To prop them, the utility pole looks like a tree with many branches.
Looking up to the utility pole and wires, we see they are wired very cleverly.
In addition, the utility pole in this picture had also many insulators, and I felt like a glimpse of the hard works of the operators of each company.

住宅街の電柱

一般的な住宅街にある電柱は、１本で多くの配線を支えねばなりません。
道路沿いには何軒もの家が並んでいますし、それぞれが複数の配線を必要とするからです。
配線はすべて、接触しないように設置されます。
それらを支えられるよう、電柱は枝の多い樹木のような姿になります。
下から電柱を見上げると、とても巧妙に配線されているのが判ります。
しかも、この写真の電柱には絶縁体も多くついていて、各社の作業者さんたちの苦労を垣間見ている気分になりました。
