Distant view of Mt. Ontake from Donburi Kaikan

This is a photo of a distant view of Mt. Ontake from the roadside station Donburi Kaikan in Toki City, Gifu Prefecture.
The day shooting this was sunny, but it looked a bit hazy.
Nevertheless, Mt. Ontake still had a different force.
I see, it's understandable that Mt. Ontake is called "Ontake-san (Ontake Esq.)" with familiarity and awe by people in local towns along Kisoji.

どんぶり会館から御嶽遠望

岐阜県土岐市にある道の駅どんぶり会館の展望台から、御嶽を遠望しました。
この日は晴れていたものの、少し霞んで見えました。
それでも、やはり御嶽は迫力が違います。
木曽路の街々に住む人々が親しみと畏敬の念をこめて「御嶽さん」と呼ぶのも、納得です。
