View of Enakyo from the promenade

There are promenades in the park of Enakyo (Ena Gorge), and we can enjoy to walk around in the park.
This is a photo I took from the promenade near the waterside in the direction of Oi Dam.
It is easier to see the top of the dam and the facility building adjacent to the dam than a photo taken from the observatory, in addition we can see also the bridge beyond the dam, although which looks a little hazy.
This is just that photo at first glance, but could you think about it while looking closely?
Piers of the bridge and hems of mountains that look hazy extend far below the surface of this dam lake.
You can see this dam lake is filled with horrible large amount of water, can't you?
The calm and beautiful scenery of Enakyo is completed and kept by the rich resources of nature and human technology.

遊歩道からの恵那峡の眺め

恵那峡の公園内は、遊歩道で散策することができます。
この写真は、ダム湖の水辺に近い遊歩道から、大井ダム方向を撮影したものです。
展望台からの写真よりも、ダムの天辺と隣接する施設建物が判りやすく、ダムの向こうにある橋も霞んでいるものの見てとれます。
一見するとそれだけの写真ですが、よく見ながら思い浮かべてみてください。
霞んで見える橋の橋脚も山々の裾も、この湖の水面のずっと下に続いているんですよ。
このダム湖が湛える水量が恐ろしいほどであることが解るでしょう？
恵那峡の穏やかで美しい景色は、自然の豊かな資源と人間の技術とで完成し、保たれているのです。
