A little snow-capped sarcandra glabra

This is a photo of the sarcandra glabra I took at the morning when snow had stopped, of a certain day in February.
These trees had many fruits, but they were eaten by wild birds and only a few left at that time.
Although they were only a few, red fruits looked good against both green of leaves and white of snow, also made me feel full of vitality.
Maybe that was why, I just felt like that sarcandra glabra trees were happy to enjoy the snow.

少し雪をかぶったセンリョウ

２月の雪が降り止んだ朝に撮ったセンリョウの写真です。
赤い実がたくさんついていた木でしたが、野鳥に啄まれて残りわずかになっていました。
数はわずかでも、赤い実は葉の緑色にも雪の白色にも映えますし、生命力を感じさせます。
だからでしょう、センリョウがなんとなく雪にはしゃいでいるかのように私には見えました。
