Youkou-sakura of lovely color

The cherry blossoms in this photo is a variety called Youkou-sakura ("Youkou" means the sunshine in Japanese).
Its feature is that it reaches full bloom slightly later than Somei-yoshino cherry tree and its petals have slightly darker pink color.
I feel this cherry blossom's color has "the atmosphere of females in love".
That may be because looking at this flowers, I recall the cheek colors of my friends and colleagues who are talking about their love romance and boasting boyfriend.
So, my feeling "the atmosphere of females in love" to this cherry blossoms is more innocent and adorable than adult and sexy.

艶やかな陽光桜

この写真の桜は、陽光桜という品種です。
ソメイヨシノより後に満開を迎え、濃いめのピンク色が特徴です。
この花の色は、私には「色気がある」気がします。
コイバナや彼氏自慢をしている時の友人や同僚の頬を思い出すからかもしれません。
だから、大人の「色気」よりももっと無邪気で可愛らしく思える「色気」があると思っています。
