Spring view of Sakaori Tanada part 3

This is one of photos I took the spring state of Sakaori Tanada (terraced paddy fields) in Ena City, Gifu Prefecture.
I took this photo with an aim to capture as many paddy fields and houses of Sakaori village as possible.
It shows us that almost of where the foot of the mountain is open even a little are cultivated as a paddy field and many of houses have been built on the bevel of above and on the north side of the paddy fields.
Although there is only a little flat land in the mountainous areas, people harvest larger amount of more delicious rice by doing a lot of these ideas.
While shooting there, I felt to want seeing Sakaori Tanada filled with the golden rice ears.

春の坂折棚田 その３

岐阜県恵那市の坂折棚田の春の様子を撮ったうちの１枚です。
この写真には、坂折集落の田と家々をできるだけたくさん収めました。
山裾の少しでも開けているところは田として開墾され、家々はその上や北側の斜面に集まっているのが判ります。
山間部では平らな土地が少なくとも、こうした工夫を重ねてより美味しいお米をよりたくさん収穫されています。
撮影しているうちに、この棚田が金色の稲穂でいっぱいになっているところを拝見したくなりました。
