Little little flowers of blue eyed grass

In my mother's garden, various plants begin to bloom one after another in spring.
Most of them are plants that neither my mother nor I don't know even their names.
The flower in this photo is also one of them, my mother said, that preveously she saw and liked its little and lovely flower, picked up its seeds on the shoulder of neighborhood road and sowed in her garden, then those seeds sprouted, grew and spread throughout.
By checking its name with Google lens when I took this photo, I learned it's a plant named "Blue eyed grass".
Even if that, we won't plant it in pots, this plant is growing naturally and freely in the garden, in 2021 too.
So, the blue eyed grass will bloom lovely here and there in my mother's garden also in 2022, surely.

小さな小さなニワゼキショウの花

母の庭は春になると、さまざまな花が次々に咲き始めます。
そのほとんどは、私も母も名前すら知らない草花です。
この写真の花もその１つで、小さくて可愛らしい花を気に入って母が近所の路肩で種を拾って撒いてみたら、そのまま庭中に広がってしまったのだそう。
今回撮影したのを機にGoogleレンズで調べたところ、「ニワゼキショウ」という名の植物だと知りました。
だからと言って私たちが鉢植えにすることはなく、今年もこの草花は庭で自由に自生しています。
なので、きっと来年も母の庭のあちこちで可愛らしく咲いてくれることでしょう。
