Summer view of Sasaragi Tanada

This is one of photos taken for the article I wrote about Sasaragi Tanada (terraced paddy fields).
Sasaragi Tanada is on land with a relatively gentle slope, so it looks like a fluffy green carpet in the summer when the rice plant grows rapidly.
I wanted to shoot its summer view, and I waited for summer to visit for shooting.
But Ena City, Gifu Prefecture is in the mountainous region, also the area where clouds are likely occur in summer.
It was also cloudy on the shooting day, I couldn't take a photo of green paddy fields under the blue sky.
I'm a little disappointed but will be glad if you like to see the rice plant growth and the nature around the terraced paddy fields.

夏の佐々良木棚田

佐々良木棚田を紹介する記事を書く際に撮影した写真の１つです。
比較的傾斜が緩やかな棚田なので、稲の成長著しい夏の様子は、まるでふかふかの緑色のカーペットのように見えます。
その様子を撮影したくてこの時期を選びました。
しかし、岐阜県恵那市は山間部であり、夏には雲が出やすい地域でもあります。
この日も雲が多く、青空と緑の水田という絵にはなりませんでした。
ちょっと残念ではありますが、稲の成長ぶりと棚田を囲む自然をご覧いただけると光栄です。
