Sakaori Tanada for harvesting soon part 2

This is one of photos I took at the last stage of my shooting theme "growth of rice plants in Sakaori Tanada".
(Tanada : terraced paddy fields)
At the time of shooting I thought "the rice plants don't look goldener than expected", but looking at the photo now, I think they were yellow enough to be clear they were bearing fruits.
It is probably because of that kind of rice that the rice ears do not hang down more than the rice in the paddy fields in the town where I live.

稲刈りを待つ坂折棚田 その２

2021年に私がテーマにしていた「坂折棚田の稲の成長」の最後の撮影段階の１枚です。
撮影当時は「予想よりも稲穂が黄金色じゃないなぁ」と思っていましたが、しばらく経った今こうして写真を見ると、充分実っていると判る黄色ですね。
私の暮らす街の田の稲よりも稲穂が垂れていないのは、そういう種類の稲だからでしょう。
