Sakaori Tanada for harvesting soon part 3

This is a photo I took with a zoom lens a part of Sakaori Tanada (terraced paddy fields) in being harvested soon.
After shooting a scene of weeding in spring, I hadn't forgotten to shoot this paddy field every time I visited.
Although I took this photo in early autumn, ears of rice plant already turned to yellow, and some rice plants began to hang down heavy.
Also, roots of the strain that were drained water and exposed were thick, that proved the rice plants had grown up well, so I was happy, too.

稲刈りを待つ坂折棚田 その３

収穫間近な坂折棚田の一部をズームレンズで撮った１枚です。
春に草取りの様子を撮影してから、訪れるたびにこの田だけは忘れずに撮影してきました。
撮影したのは秋の初め頃でしたが既に稲穂が黄色くなり、一部は重そうに傾き始めているのがわかります。
また、水が抜かれて露わになった株の根元が太く、稲がたくましく育ったことがわかり、私まで嬉しくなりました。
