Sakaori Tanada for harvesting soon part 5

This is one of photos of Sakaori Tanada (terraced paddy fields) I took in autumn 2021.
I noticed that few of photos I have been taking from spring 2021 focused on some of Tanada, not its whole, so I tried to shoot.
Comparing with houses and road guardrails in the background, you will be able to see how much the steps on this part of this Tanada.
Also, you will see that this place is quite a steep bevel, too.
I can't help but have respect the predecessors who had pioneered such a bevel and have inherited as agricultural field.

稲刈りを待つ坂折棚田 その５

2021年秋に撮影した坂折棚田の写真の１枚です。
春から撮り続けてきた中、棚田全体ではなく一部に注目して撮ったものが少ないことに気づき、挑戦してみました。
背景の家々や道路のガードレールから、この棚田の段差がどれぐらいか判るかと思います。
また、この場所がなかなかの急斜面であることも伝わることでしょう。
このような斜面を開拓し、農地として受け継いできた先人に尊敬の念を抱かずにはいられません。
