Steel tower watching over birds under the blue sky

This photo doesn't look so good because I took it on the go with a compact digital camera, but it's my favorite shot.
At that time, under the beautiful autumn sky, the steel tower looked like it was shining silver.
So I shot it casually, and noticed that there were things other than insulators on the wires, then, I shot them once more with as much zoom up as possible.
That's this photo.
I couldn't identify the type of those birds, but they were lining up on the wire and they were very cute.
Also, it seemed to me that the steel tower was gently watching over the birds resting their wings, I felt very heart-warmed.
This photo was taken with the composition chosen to express such my fantasy, that's why it's my favorite shot.

鉄塔と空と鳥

出かけた時にコンデジで撮った写真で、あまり写りが良くはありませんが、自分では気に入っている１枚です。
秋晴れのきれいな空の下、鉄塔が銀色に煌めいて見えました。
それで何気なく撮ったところ、電線に絶縁体以外のものが乗っているのに気づき、できるだけズームアップしてもう１枚撮りました。
それがこの写真です。
鳥の種類までは見極められませんでしたが、仲良く電線に並んでいて、とても可愛らしかったです。
しかも、私には鉄塔が羽を休めている鳥たちを優しく見守っているように見え、とても微笑ましい気持ちになりました。
そんな私の妄想を表現しようと選んだ構図であり、それ故にお気に入りの１枚なのです。
